Product Update: Bulk Actions & Custom Email Signatures

We’re diving into fall with some major improvements to the Placester platform, beginning with two of our most requested features: Bulk Actions and Custom Email Signatures.
While storing leads and contacts in a central CRM is certainly a step in the right direction, managing and nurturing those relationships one by one can still be incredibly time-consuming. Our new Bulk Actions menu makes it easy to organize and communicate with multiple leads or contacts at once, right from your CRM.
With bulk actions, you can select multiple people at once from your Leads or Contacts index and perform a variety of activities, including:
Edit: Change details like type, score, group, and min/max price across multiple contacts.
Delete: Remove old or unwanted contacts,
Move: Transfer contacts to your Leads list, and vice versa.
Even better, you can use bulk actions to add contacts to a one-time Email Blast or recurring Drip Campaign, helping you nurture multiple relationships in just a few clicks.
Custom Email Signatures
A staple of email marketing, your signature is an opportunity for you to reinforce your personal brand and give recipients an added call to action. Our custom email signatures enable you to easily create a personalized signature and insert it into all of your email templates.
Using Placester’s simple editor, you can create a polished email signature with fonts, formatting, links, and images of your choice. Our signature builder also supports custom HTML, enabling you to design something highly personalized. And with our dynamic signature field, it’s easy to update your email signature across all existing templates, as well as add it to new templates.
