What’s the difference between the plans?
We have created six various subscription plans to meet the needs of different real-estate professionals. It doesn’t matter if you’re just starting your real-estate journey, or are a Broker with multiple offices in many States. At Placester, you can find a perfect subscription that will help your business grow.
We offer three subscriptions for Agents: Agent Essential, Agent Plus, Agent Premier, and three subscriptions for Teams & Brokers: Team, Broker Standard, Broker Plus. You can see their full comparison in the table above FAQ section. If you don’t know what’s the best for you, or are too busy to study the table with main differences, book a Demo with our Sales Team – we will help you to choose the best solution for you, and your business.
How customizable is the website?
Our Codeless Website Builder doesn’t require any technical skills in order to change the look and feel of your site, add an agent, create an area page or blog post, modify copy, update images, load a video, or even optimize details like featured listings, office roster, or SEO. All Placester websites start with a professionally crafted design. Placester designs are known for their perfect style and functionality, giving you a great starting point for all future changes.
Of course, we can also do all the work on your behalf. By choosing the DIFM Service on your existing plan, you can handle us the ongoing work on your website by requesting changes anytime you want. Look for DIFM Service Add-on in your Plan & Billing section. Don’t hesitate to trust our experts, who will create a stunning-looking website just for you.
How content and email limits work?
Content limit defines, how many pages and posts can be published on your website. If you reach the limit, you won’t be able to publish new content. The same goes with the email marketing limit, but in this case, when you reach it, our team will get back to you.

Can I change my plan later on?
Of course! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. If you’re using on our plans designed for Teams & Brokers, and you want to move to the Agent-tier plan, please reach out to our Support Team using in-app chat.
Does Placester integrate with … ?
Placester has hundreds of integrations available at your disposal. You can take advantage of native integrations with CRMs like Follow Up Boss, or Cloze, or use Zapier to integrate with everything you wish.
Can I cancel my account at any time?
Yes. We would hate to see you go, but if you ever decide that Placester isn’t the best real estate website platform for your business, simply cancel your account and continue to use Placester until the paid portion of your plan runs out. The subscription cost is not refundable.
What are your bandwidth fees?
There are none. All Placester plans include unlimited bandwidth for free.
Is there a fee to have IDX on my site?
Placester charges IDX Support Fees for every approved MLS Contract. The fee is the same regardless of your plan and consists of a $25 / month for each active MLS Contract. If you’re using one of our plans for Teams & Brokers, your Agents won’t need to pay for their integration, and in most cases, they will inherit it from you.
What is the Active Agent Pricing?
Most real estate software pricing is designed to charge you per Agent, regardless of how many agents on your team use the software. At Placester, you receive free slots for websites belonging to your Agents on each subscription for Teams & Brokers. If you exceed the limit, you will see additional charges for each active website.
For example, while on the plan Agent Standard, you can equip your Agents with 25 websites without any additional costs. If you exceed the number of 25 active websites, we will charge you $15/month for each one of them.
What’s the difference between Express and Custom Setup?
Express Setup consists of 12 hours of creative enhancements, during which our experts configure your website with your personal & business details, IDX/MLS integration, and also required Site Migration Services: blog posts, testimonials, and landing pages (up to 10 pages). plan, please reach out to our Support Team using in-app chat.
Custom Setup includes 30 hours of creative enhancement spent on the same range of stuff you have in the Express plan. Besides that, the price covers custom homepage design, custom interior pages (up to 10 pages), search page customization: areas, communities, and custom search parameters (up to 10 pages). Moreover, if you are a Broker, we will configure your Agent Roster (up to 20 agents). The home page and other 5 pages will be SEO optimized by default. If you want, our experts can also add site animations, refresh your logo for you, and even integrate your marketing resources via Zapier.

Do I need a web host?
Placester includes secure, unlimited website hosting on all plans.
Can I hire someone to design a custom website?
You can hire one of our designers by choosing the Custom Setup. You can also take advantage of multiple Marketplace Service that are done exclusively by our Designers.
What’s the Placester CRM?
Placester offers a CRM that is integrated with Zillow and Realtor, among other platforms. It enables automatic leads import and tracking, managing your clients’ details, sending automated emails, allowing clients to save their searches, and sending property alerts to them. For agents with advanced and complex contact management needs, we offer integrations with other CRMs, like Follow Up Boss or Cloze.
Do I need to share my credit card details when registering with Placester?
Placester doesn’t require credit card details on signup. You will have up to 21 days to try Placester website builder for free when you choose one of our plans.
How long does the contract with Placester last?
Subscriptions can be canceled at any time.
Does Placester offer a discounted plan?
Placester offers monthly or annual subscriptions. When you choose one of the annual plans, you’ll save 20% on your billing.
How many agents can I assign to my Placester Broker account?
There’s no cap on the number of agents you can add to your account. Your billing will be calculated based on how many active websites are there in your Team or Brokerage. See more information about that in the Active Agent Pricing section above.
Will my MLS also charge me for IDX on top of the Placester fee?
Yes, the MLS access fee is separate from Placester’s IDX support fee.
