To that end, we’ve made it our mission to deliver not just great websites and tools, but also superior technical support for our customers. We’re proud to have received lots of positive feedback from customers like John White, Carrie Klein, Colleen Kilfoil, and others about their positive experiences with our support team and resources.
Now, in an effort to build on our commitment to great support, we’re introducing a new way for customers to get individualized help when they need it: Advanced Account Assistance.
What’s included in Advanced Account Assistance?
With Advanced Account Assistance from Placester, you get unlimited assistance by phone from a live human on all standard support topics, including site setup and IDX integrations, bugs and errors, feature requests, and more. Our product experts will walk you through how to use the features or functions you have questions about, and provide hands-on guidance as needed.
How do I get Advanced Account Assistance?
Good news: Essential or Premium bundle users automatically receive Advanced Account Assistance as part of their existing subscription at no additional cost. Customers currently subscribed to Placester’s basic or NAR website plan can upgrade to Advanced Account Assistance for $50/month.
What other support options do I have?
Standard Support customers can still reach Placester’s customer support team by phone Monday through Friday, or by email 7 days a week to explain their questions or issues. A Placester support representative will then create a support case within Placester’s system and help customers reach a resolution via email.
