I remember when I first considered getting my real estate license. I had no idea exactly what I was getting myself into. I knew that my background in sales and online marketing would be an asset, but to be perfectly honest, finding someone to break down what was really involved in becoming a successful agent was all but impossible. When I searched for information online, all I found were consultants trying to sell me on their coaching course and a plethora of real estate schools. I have to say, NAR was helpful, but many of their reports are behind a membership wall and at the time I didn’t have my license.
