Announcing Placester’s New & Improved CRM
At Placester, we’re always working to develop new features and functionality that help real estate professionals succeed online. But we’re also working to optimize our existing tools, making them simpler, more intuitive, easier to use—in a word, better.
With that in mind, we’re pleased to introduce some major enhancements to Placester’s CRM solution.
Fully Redesigned CRM
With your feedback as our guide, we’ve overhauled the design of Placester CRM (formerly Placester Leads) from the ground up to offer a more streamlined experience. Our new full-screen interface enables you to see more leads and information at once, so you can spend less time navigating through different pages.
Improved Lead Filtering & Search
In addition to redesigning the appearance of the Leads Index, we’ve also enhanced our lead filtering and search functionality, making it easier for you to drill down to the prospects that matter most to you right now. Easily filter leads by source (your site, Zillow, Facebook), type (buyer, seller, renter), score, or group. Plus, use our improved search bar to quickly find individual leads by name, phone, or email.
NEW: Contacts Index
Finally, we know that real estate professionals need to organize not only their leads, but also other kinds of relationships. That’s why we’ve added a new section to our CRM: Contacts.
With Contacts, you can manage details about any non-leads you want to keep in touch with, including past and present clients, contractors, lenders, and more. With contacts and leads all in one place, you can easily find that email, phone number, or note.
Placester CRM tools and features are available in Placester’s Essential, Premium, and Premium PLUS subscriptions. We’ll be rolling out more CRM enhancements and features over the coming weeks, so stay tuned.
