Recently we added the ability to create a List of Listings shortcode filtered on Property Type. This means you can create a page on your site that shows only Condos, or Single Family, or any other property type in your MLS feed.
All you have to do to get this functionality is visit the Shortcode menu under Placester in the dashboard and Create a new Shortcode. Enter a name and select List of Listings. Now add a filter that uses Property Type. Choose one of the property types. If you want to filter on Condo but you don’t see condo listed, then your MLS feed hasn’t classified any of your listings as a “condo”.
Then just copy and paste the shortcode on the page you want the list of listings and publish the page. To see this in action, watch the video above.
