Most real estate software pricing is designed to charge you per agent regardless of how many agents in your organization are actively using the software.
At Placester, you only get billed for agents who launch a website, so you don’t pay for the ones who aren’t using Placester. And if someone you already paid for becomes inactive, we’ll automatically stop billing your account for that agent. It’s only fair.
In short:
When you purchase the Placester’s Plan, you can invite as many agents as you like to use the software and you’ll only be billed for agents who launch a website. We call those active agents.
Any changes to the number of active, paid agents in your account will be reflected in your billing statement.
All invited agents are granted equal access to the Placester platform regardless of whether they launch a site or not. You only pay for the active agents.
Promote any user to admin status for free.
We think that admins make the world go around and want to ensure that you can grant admin access to the collaborators of your choice.
You would only pay for that user if they were to launch a website.
They would be considered an active agent with admin privileges.
Activating new agents during your billing period
If you’re on the broker-tier subscription and agents activate partway through the billing period, we’ll only charge for the time used. We’ll keep track of this for you, and bill you accordingly.
