In Real Estate Blog Posts Made Easy: Open Houses, we showed you how to spin your open house schedule and listing data into an easy and engaging weekly blog post. Today, we offer another opportunity to create easy real estate blog posts: price changes.
“Stories make us more alive, more human, more courageous, more loving.”
— MADELEINE L’ENGLE
While lowering the asking price of one of your listings may not seem like an ideal situation, it’s often necessary when selling in a tough market. More importantly, a lower price tag will often draw buyers that would have stayed away. By offering weekly lists of price changes, you’ll grab buyers’ attention and provide valuable information that’s already search engine-friendly. Here’s how you can easily create your own Price Change blog post.
Step 1: Add Post Title, Post Description, and Subheadings
Step 2: Add High-Quality Photos and Links
Step 3: Edit Descriptions and End Post with Clear Call To Action
Easy, right?
“If you wish to influence an individual or a group to embrace a particular value in their daily lives, tell them a compelling story.”
— ANNETTE SIMMONS
Now let’s remove the notes and see what your finished post should look like from start to finish.
