When we originally decided to create a real estate buyers guide for agents and brokers to use as a template, we had no idea about how detailed to make it and what specifically to leave out. Your feedback has been amazing. Take a look at the original post, “How to Create a 2014 Real Estate Buyers Guide to Give to Your Customers.” There are over 70 comments! The process always takes longer when you collaborate, but we believe that it’s worth it.
Collaboration was the theme of Inman Connect 2014 for good reason. It’s a sound business practice that will never go out of style. Now that social media is a part of our society’s DNA, it’s even more important to collaborate; not just with business associates, but with your customers as well. Any company just having one-way conversations with customers is missing a huge opportunity to build a relationship with their audience. Listening is the spark that ignites a relationship; responding and adapting based upon what you hear is the fuel that keeps a relationship going.
“If everyone is moving forward together, then success takes care of itself.”

The eBook that we are creating with your input is a tool for you to build relationships with your audience. Add it to your content marketing arsenal, use it as a giveaway for lead generation, as part of your email marketing, or as an informational piece after you meet a new buyer lead. We’re almost there. The images below are in the final design stage. Once you guys sign off on the content, we will make it available for download and create a version in Keynote, so you can edit the content and add your own logo.
Leave your thoughts and ideas in the comments below – don’t be shy! Without your input, we would never have gotten this far.

This is the last opportunity for feedback. We’ll be finalizing the design over the weekend and have something available for download on Tuesday next week. Leave a comment below and let us know what you think. This piece is for you to use, tell us how to make it right.
