Early access to Codeless & On-Demand

Together, we are facing a truly unprecedented situation during the global Coronavirus pandemic. We understand this has had a significant impact on your businesses, and here at Placester we are laser-focused on finding new ways to help support you. To that end, we’re providing our customers with early access to two new products from Placester: Codeless and On-Demand.
Codeless is a completely new website builder designed to allow you to create a custom website, or edit your existing website, without the need for an expensive developer. Custom websites are the gold standard in real estate. Still, many brokers and agents can’t afford the upfront cost or the ongoing expense of hiring a developer whenever you want to update your branding, create a new page, or change a contact form. We built Codeless to save you time and money by empowering you to make complicated changes, quickly by yourself, or bring in help when you don’t have time.
All existing customers will be able to use Codeless with no additional fee for 2020. Now you don’t have to be a designer or developer to create and maintain a beautiful real estate website. Our goal is to help you do more with less.
In addition to Codeless, we’re introducing On-Demand, our new creative services marketplace. On-Demand is a way for you to hire our dedicated creative team to get things done for you—designing logos, setting up a website, importing testimonials, installing a chatbot, or migrating your website from one provider to another. No task is too small or too large.
We’ve assembled a team of highly skilled creative assistants who are experienced at customizing, enhancing, and optimizing the Placester platform. That means you can make the changes and customizations that will differentiate your online brand from the competition’s, hassle-free, on time, and on budget. We can get things done for you, ridiculously fast, and every change we make on your behalf can be edited by you at any time.
Our hearts go out to anyone who’s been impacted by the virus. Our thoughts are especially with those who are sick, to whom we extend our heartfelt wishes for a full recovery. Many of us here at Placester have friends and family working on the front lines. Even as we deal with this pandemic, our 150 person team at Placester is committed to your success. As we mentioned in our last post, to reduce the expense of providing website and marketing tools to their agents, we are waiving the fees for existing Broker Pro customers to add agents to their subscription for all of 2020, starting on April 2. Our hope is that by making it free for brokers to provide tools to agents, we can help your brokerage (and your agents) with the technology to build for the future during these challenging times. This offer only applies to customers not already receiving subscription discounts.
