Benchmarking the Value of Placester for Real Estate Agents
By Matthew Bushery
New research from Placester Labs shows real estate agents who use Placester’s responsive, IDX websites and other online marketing solutions in New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, and Boston have sold an average of 31% more homes than other agents in those markets.
Data analyzed by our team from more than 7,700 agents who closed more than 160,000 deals and work in four of the biggest housing markets in the U.S. indicates the fundamental impact of Placester’s platform on how real estate pros engage buyers and sellers to drive more transactions.
Agents who use Placester have sold an average of 23.8 homes since 2010. Meanwhile, the other agents in these markets sold an average of 18.2 homes during the same period. Our research team is currently adding other markets to our analysis and will be sharing these findings in upcoming posts.
